Shipping and Delivery

 

1. We shall dispatch orders within 2 business days of order placement and all shipping times are estimated in good faith to be anywhere between 3 to 5 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India. Please expect a delay in shipments owing to the Natural calamities or pandemic situations.
   
   
2. In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.
   
   
3. We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Aeoera is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Aeoera. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
   
   
4. In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Aeoera, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.

Domestic

All our Domestic shipment rated are charged based on the weight of the total items in your cart:

Our Shipping cost vary from 100 INR to 200 INR

International

We were using DHL  as a Courier for all our international shipment outside India. The charge will be calculated based on Volumetric of the package.

Transit time will be from 3-7 Business days and charge will be start from 1850 INR to 6500 INR ( Based on Weight).
